What to Expect:
Outdoor session (weather permitting) under a shady Beech tree or in the sun. In case of bad weather, we'll move to the comfortable lounge room.
Start with a guided breathing meditation by Karen.
Relax to the sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and a gong.
Conclude with singing bowls, chimes, and an ocean drum.
